They previously replaced my water pump for thousands less than other quotes I received, and the workmanship was outstanding. This time, they diagnosed my A/C compressor clutch issue quickly and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Because money is tight, I asked Chris if it was something that could wait. Instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear, he was completely honest. He explained that he would not feel comfortable with me continuing to drive because the compressor clutch was coming apart. Knowing my financial concerns, he still put my safety first and recommended repairing it before I left. That honesty is exactly why I decided to stay and have the repair completed.
